Our Story and What We Stand For

I would like to share a little about myself and the passion behind my business.

My name is Rebekah Ashe, and I am the founder and owner of our company. I was born and raised in beautiful Key West, Florida. After graduating from high school, I attended the University of Central Florida. Although I enjoyed my time there, my heart was always in my hometown. I returned to Key West with a dream of building a business that combined my love of fabrics, decorating, and helping people create beautiful homes.

On July 1, 1997, that dream became a reality when I opened my business. More than 29 years later, I am grateful to still be doing what I love every day.

My passion for fabrics began long before I opened my doors. My father was a talented upholsterer who taught me how to sew and introduced me to the craftsmanship behind quality upholstery and custom furnishings. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong appreciation for beautiful textiles, attention to detail, and the importance of creating products that are both functional and beautiful.

Today, I still get excited about discovering new fabrics, coordinating colors, designing custom window treatments, and helping clients transform their homes and businesses. Every project is unique, and I enjoy working closely with each customer to create spaces that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and vision.

One of the things I enjoy most is continuing to learn. I regularly research new vendors, explore the latest product lines, attend industry trainings, and stay informed about current design trends and innovations. By doing so, I can offer my clients quality products, fresh ideas, and solutions that combine timeless style with modern technology.

Over the years, I have been honored to work with generations of families, vacation homeowners, business owners, contractors, and designers throughout Key West and the Florida Keys. Many of my clients have become lifelong friends, and I consider their trust to be one of my greatest accomplishments.

My commitment has always been simple: provide exceptional customer service, quality products, honest advice, and craftsmanship that stands the test of time.
